The SAND eCRM-Company application is available via the browser and exposed by the financial institution or its assigned partners. It is always advisable to check if the server works in SSL mode (Secure Sockets Layer) and verify the certificate that the server exposes.
Enter the URL address provided to you by your financial institution in your browser; you will be prompted to enter your user name, password and company id. The user name, password and company-id are provided to you by your financial institution or company administrator and may be sent to you via email upon creation of your user profile.
If you are the company administrator, then your user name, password and company id are provided at the time the company is created into the system by your financial institution at the time of enrolment.
Enter the correct user name, password and company id. If you enter an invalid user name, an invalid password, or an invalid company id, then the system will reject your attempt to log into the system.
If you attempt to enter the system using a correct user name and company id, however you enter the incorrect password, then the system will increment the counter of incorrect login attempts. When the counter of incorrect login attempts reaches a predefined number – setup through the system policies, then your account will be disabled.
If you have not accessed the system for a longer time, your account may be disabled according to the policies set for account inactivity set in the system policies for login.
If you are already logged-into the application on a different computer, or your session timed-out, then you will be notified accordingly, and the login action will be denied.
If your password requires deprecation as per the system policies, then you will be prompted to change your password after a successful login.
If you have difficulties logging in, then click on the “Forgot Password” tab to send an email to your company administrator.
